The rules for accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks in a single document.

1. Eligibility

Registering and playing requires age 18, or the legal gambling age of your jurisdiction if higher. Verifying that online gambling is lawful in your location is the user's responsibility.

2. Operator and licence

Operator: MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica); licensor: Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. Governing law: the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

Limit: one account per person. Details must be accurate and the account name must match the payment method name. Credentials are the user's to protect.

• Accounts sharing name, device or payment method may be terminated without warning.
• Formal requests (self-exclusion, account closure included) are valid only from the registered email.

4. Deposits

Source of funds: a payment instrument in the user's own name. Lowest deposit: €20 (€40 for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit).

• Card limits: ≤10 transactions/day, ≤40/month, ≤€10,000/day, ≤€15,000/month per card.
• Fiat and crypto balances live apart and never merge.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Precondition for every withdrawal: full KYC (government photo ID, selfie with the document, bank statement or utility bill under three months old, matching names). AML requirement: deposited funds are wagered at least 3× first.

• Minimum withdrawal: €40. Review: within 2 business days.
• Non-jackpot winnings: max €20,000/week and €50,000/month. Jackpot wins: no cap.
• Withdrawals above a method's per-transaction limit may be split into instalments.
• A pending withdrawal can be cancelled before completion; funds return to the playing balance.

6. Bonuses

Activation order: enable the bonus in the profile before the qualifying deposit; late activation is impossible. One active bonus at a time.

• Rollover: ×40 on the welcome package, ×15 on the first live bonus.
• Stake cap during wagering: €5 per spin or round; €1 on the first deposit bonus.
• Game weights: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
• Win caps: €10,000 across all bonuses; cash-out after wagering limited to 10× the initial bonus.
• Side effect: requesting a withdrawal during an active bonus cancels the bonus and its balance.

7. Dormant accounts

Dormancy rule: six consecutive months without activity triggers a €10 monthly fee while a positive balance remains.

8. Responsible gambling

9. Changes to these terms
